Included, but not limited to, are education packages, workbooks, a tour of your health food & favourite grocery store, an assessment of your fridge/pantry, family eating habits, and personalised recipes. I’m honest but not judgemental I promise! This Package does not include Health Coaching session but these can be added as a one off or a package of 6 months to help you. Let’s get those healthy habits on!
