Prior to becoming a Frequency Strategist I spent 18 years as a Fortune 100 Retail Executive leading large cross-functional teams for global brands.

Today I am the Soul Lead CEO of Mind Body Soul Market, a published co-authored of the best selling book ‘Turning Point – Empowering Stories to Activate the Divine Feminine Within’ and the artist/designer behind my high frequency clothing label Love Lillett … coming to YOU in March 2023!

What is a frequency strategist?

I am wildly passionate about helping my clients to heal their relationship with the hustle by quieting the mind and accessing their next level of self mastery through the heart, so they can experience abundance, create significant impact through their work and feel fulfilled and empowered in all areas of their life.

I deeply understand the power of living from the heart and through mastering my energy, I have powerfully transformed through my own personal, entrepreneurial & leadership journey.

My work empowers my clients to tune their channel to the frequency of their desires. Simply put, I help people focus their energy on manifesting their dreams!  Once you are a vibrational match with your desires, life becomes full of beautiful synchronicities! 

I do this because after decades as a corporate executive, I realized there was more to life than spending it trapped in a glass office, trapped in unfulfilling relationships, and trapped in a suffering body and mind. 

Sure, Corporate America kept me financially stable, but it didn’t make my soul feel alive. It didn’t help me feel like a happy and thriving person. For some, that may seem like a dream, but it wasn’t my dream, and that’s okay. 

I decided something had to change, and it began with aligning my energy, my intention and my frequency with what I really wanted for my life—the life I dreamed of creating.

So many of us may feel stuck in that same cycle, and to you I say, there is more – I assure you there is more! You have it within you to build the life you dream of and to manifest that reality. And for so many, who may not know how to start, that is where my job comes in. I’m here to help guide those of you who may need a push, some encouragement, or just groundwork to build from. All I ask is that you bring self authority and a desire to uplift yourself.  

Living and leading from the heart is what helped me finally pursue my own spiritual awakening, start my own business, and to help others do the same. My mind told me that my corporate job was safe, known, and secure. But my heart knew it wasn’t where I was meant to be — it wasn’t my purpose, my legacy.  

I work with my clients by helping them shift out of their mind and into their heart.

I help them visualize the life they dream of by identifying barriers and blocks—whether mental, emotional, spiritual, physical—that they feel is in their way, and then aligning their actions, intentions, thoughts, and daily rituals with that desire. 

You could consider me a life coach of sorts, but I think it goes much deeper than that. I don’t just give clients quick-fix solutions and habits to help them get where they want to go. I empower my clients at the deepest part of their core. I help them find renewal, transformation, and freedom in whatever phase of life they find themselves in. I help my clients find a deep connection to self, and foster their best, truest self to show up and create their dream life.

My sacred work is helping people snap out of the mundane mind and into living their fullest heart-lead life.  This is my Life Purpose in Human Design and when you live your purpose you experience life as a beautiful flow state full of divine synchronicities.  I invite you to join me.
